Some of the typical details of installation are included on this page for your installation guidance.  Competent certified mechanics installing the Gas Booster Kits for those that purchased the Kit may also find this page helpful. Just follow instructions and it is EASY.

Should your automobile or truck not have a standard configuration in hoses and piping under the hood as in most older cars or trucks and your car or truck is a newer configuration and the hoses and plumbing looks different than the typical installation shown here and on the Gas Booster box, or has hydraulic pressure assisted brakes, do not be alarmed.  Simply check with a competent certified mechanic for the selection of another vacuum line source that will allow as even a dispersal of the Catalysts through the intake manifold of the engine into the combustion chambers of your engine as is available.  It may be that the crankcase recirculation line is the appropriate choice of line to use in which to insert the "T" fitting.

It is important that the catalysts are introduced centrally to the intake manifold so that all cylinders of your engine will receive the catalysts.  On some newer vehicles the usual place used to insert the "T" fitting will not accompliah this.  Simply check with a competent mechanic to be sure that the line having vacuum is the line that will allow even dispersal of the catalysts throughout the intake manifold of your engine.  It is Simple and Easy!

Hmmm!  Looks like it should work just fine!  Everything on this page is very important and it sure is interesting!

Below is a typical installation.  it is done using a sub compact car.   The Gas Booster kit can be used with  V8, V6, and vehicles with inline cylinder engines.
Here is a technically advanced yet simply installed Kit that saves big dollars in fuel costs.

This is an installation in a sub compact car.  The brown pointing stick on the left side indicates the area where the "T" fitting has been inserted in the vacuum line which goes to the vacuum brake booster can.   The "T" fitting is to the left and below the end of the pointer stick.  The brake vacuum booster can is behind the brake fluid reservoir in the middle of the picture.  The black vacuum line that has been attached to the "T" fitting, below the brown pointing stick, goes to the bottle that contains blue fluid, to which the Catalyst is added. A mechanic may be checked with to see if there is a better vacuum line in which to install the "T" fitting.

This picture is taken from the drivers side of the subcompact car.  It shows the Blue Fluid and Catalyst bottle installed behind the headlight on the passenger side of the car.  The Blue Fluid Catalyst Bottle must be mounted vertically or almost completely vertically.  See the illustrations below and mount the bottle vertically as shown in the picture included, the black cap goes on the top side.  Another mounting position could have been selected for the Blue Fluid Bottle.  A used 1 quart motor oil bottle is wiped out and cut off to make a "holster" for the Gas Booster Kit bottle, this is not required but helps to prevent vibration caused holes should an abrasion area be inv9olved.  That is mounted and then the Gas Booster Kit bottle is placed in this empty and cut off used motor oil bottle.  You can see the black vacuum line which comes from the "T" fitting in the brake vacuum line to the Gas Booster Kit bottle which is a specially constructed bottle, which must have the black vacuum line attached to it to have the system work.

A black cap is on this bottle from the factory and must be removed and replaced by a black cap which has a hole in it that is included in the Gas Booster Kit.  Before the black cap with a hole in it is installed, you will see a red plug under where the cap is installed.  This plug must be removed. Take good care to not lose any of the Blue Fluid. Then add one bottle of the Gas Booster Kit Catalyst.  Remember to install the black cap with the hole in it after putting one bottle of the Catalyst in the Blue Fluid (5 small catalyst bottles are included and a another one is added every 6,00 miles after the initial one bottle of Catalyst is put in the Blue Fluid).

The Gas Booster kit is now ready to be used.  After starting your engine be sure the appropriate amount of bubbles are developed as indicated on the instructions on the side of the box for the Gas Booster Kit. If not simply consult a competent certified mechanic for the choice of a better vacuum line source. There is also an instruction sheet in the Gas Booster Kit box which talks about important information that should not be overlooked.

This  Photo above shows another view from above the mounting  position of the Gas Booster Kit installation, with the used and cut off 1 quart used oil bottle positioned to hold the Gas Booster Kit Bottle containing the Blue Fluid.  Note the black vacuum line which comes from the brake vacuum line inserted "T" fitting, which brings vacuum to the Gas Booster Kit  bottle and carries away the Catalyst  vapors created, which itself is not combustible, directing it to entry into the engine intake manifold where the Catalyst  os directed to the cylinders and reacts with the burning fuel and does it's magic.

The mounting of the Gas Booster kit bottle containing the Blue Fluid which is non-freezing, must be mounted in a cool place in the engine compartment.  The means that the Gas Booster kit Bottle containing the Blue Fluid must not be located against the radiator, directly in the flow of air behind the radiator, against radiator hoses, engine block, exhaust manifold, exhaust pipe or other heat  producing sources.  Just look at your engine compartment and carefully select the mounting location for the Bottle containing the Blue Fluid.  It is
Easy!

         2.  5 bottles of Booster Catalyst (Booster Bottles) & a "T" fitting used
in the installation procedure.  In the case of some of
the newer models of cars and trucks a different size
of  "T" fitting might be needed for smaller or larger
vacuum source lines.  A good auto parts supplier can
            supply you. It is Easy!

       3.  Additional instruction sheet implementing the instructions on the Gas Booster Kit box.  Hose to connect the Carrier Solution Bottle to the vacuum and engine induction source.  A Carrier Solution Bottle cap of different design to replace the Carrier Solution Bottle cap used in shipping.

VERY IMPORTANT- BE SURE TO READ THE NOTE BELOW

Everything is contained in the Gas Booster Kit for a typical installation.  See the KIT CONTENTS PAGE.   Never install the Gas Booster Blue Fluid Bottle against the engine block, radiator, radiator hose, exhaust manifold or other high heat sources.  Locate your mounting position for the Gas Booster kit bottle with the Blue Fluid to give a the coolest temperature in the installation of the GAS BOOSTER KIT, Blue Fluid Bottle.   The Kit lasts for 30,000 miles.  (contact us for recharge materials) Remember that you must add the
contents of one of the small Booster bottles to the Blue Fluid Bottle after installing the kit, removing the black shipping cap, removing the red plug, adding the contents of one of the five (5) small Booster bottles and then install the cap included in the kit that has a hole in it.  You add another small booster bottle every 6,000 miles thereafter for 30,000 miles of gas savings.  (you will have 4 small booster bottles left) Failure to add the first small Gas Booster kit, booster bottle, after completing the installation of the Gas Booster Kit, or every 6,000 miles thereafter,  will cause the BOOSTER KIT to not function .
